What Do I Get?
A handout to get you oriented to the program and map out the journey.
4 Weekly Tip Sheets
Four summarizing handouts introducing each topic of mindfulness, including practice and key journaling questions.
4 Hour-long Interactive Groups
Four interactive online group sessions via zoom (min 3, max 12 people in the group) to support you as you kick off a more healthful, conscious, buoyant frame of mind. This is a perfect support for eating more healthfully, being more active or working toward a self-care.
Each session will include a short meditation and discussion, then give you the opportunity to share your highs and lows, and brainstorm your next right step.
A week before each online session, you’ll receive the tip sheet handout summarizing the next week’s topic, with practice, and a key journaling question.
