4 Hour-long Interactive Groups
Four interactive online group sessions to support you as you kick off a more healthful, conscious, buoyant frame of mind. This is perfect support for eating more healthfully, being more active or working toward self-care.
Each session will include a short meditation and discussion, then give you the opportunity to share your highs and lows, and brainstorm your next right step.
A week (or more) before each online session, you’ll receive a tip sheet handout summarizing the next week’s topic, with practice, and key journaling questions.

Session 4: Take it Forward into Life
- Clarify what you’ve received, and set the intention for moving forward.
Each week, we’ll do a brief meditation and teaching on the topic and discuss overcoming challenges on the mindful path. There will be time for you to share your experience, and set your next step.
