Bring Soul to Your Practice
You became a healthcare provider to help people heal.
But somewhere along the way, the system wore you down. You’re burned out, constrained by too many short appointments and limited tools. You know your patients need more than a quick meal plan or a supplement – they need integrative support that addresses their whole being – their whole life.
You want to serve your patients better, but you lack the skill-building in the holistic approaches that you know actually work: lifestyle-based functional nutrition, yoga therapy, mind-body medicine, and herbal wisdom.
You’ve finally come to the right place.
Evidence-based Training in Integrated Nutrition & Yoga Therapy
I’m Annie B Kay, MS, RDN, C-IAYT – a board-certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Yoga Therapist with nearly 30 years of clinical experience. For seven years, I was Lead Nutritionist at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, where I developed and taught integrative programs that combined cutting-edge nutrition science with ancient healing wisdom.
I’ve trained thousands of healthcare professionals – RDNs, yoga teachers, physicians and therapists – who want concrete, evidence-based integrative skills they can use immediately with clients.
My approach integrates:
- Functional nutrition science – Evidence-based nutrition for metabolic health, digestion, hormones, inflammation
- Yoga therapy – Nervous system regulation, mind-body connection, sustainable movement
- Herbal & plant medicine – Traditional wisdom for healing and nourishment
- Lifestyle medicine – Sleep, stress management, nature connection, creativity
- Spiritual depth – Because your healing journey is also a path to wholeness
What makes my training different?
I bridge the gap between conventional healthcare and holistic medicine.
I give you:
- Evidence-based mini-protocols you can confidently use in clinical practice
- Practical skills (not just theory) in nutrition, yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and mind-body medicine
- Integration strategies for working within the healthcare system
- Depth and meaning that reconnect you with why you became a healer
- Support for your own daily mind-body practices
This isn’t about adding one more credential to your wall. It’s about transforming how you practice by supporting your personal transformation and deepening the impact you have on everyone you serve.
