What is telehealth?
I’m using a electronic health record & communication service called healthie. It is an HIPAA-compliant, secure/encrypted, and engaging online portal that helps you keep track of your food and life choices, yoga and other movement, health markers/biometric data, and lots more. This will be your home base to track your health-enhancing lifestyle.
It is also the program I will be using to host groups.
If you receive ongoing coaching from me, you can seamlessly stay connected with me in between appointments and quickly share photos of meals, nutrition labels, or other nutrition-related information that you encounter during your day.
If you prefer, I can also work with you via phone, email and/or snail mail – I’m flexible.
I will be adding in-office visits in the near future.
My counseling practice currently takes place on most Tuesdays and Thursdays between 1 and 7 pm.
My telehealth practice:

A nutrition & lifestyle assessment and co-creation of a plan to help you shift toward a life that supports who you are. This may focus only on nutrition, or include recommendations for yoga therapy and energy work as indicated. This package includes a 60-minute initial consultation and two 30-minute follow-ups, and discounts to further follow-up packages. Between session, you can use the interactive lifestyle journal.
The winter holidays are the most lifestyle-challenging of the year.
For October & November, I am offering a one-time booster session to help you get into a healthy holiday mindset.
This is quick and to-the point. You fill out a quick one-sheet to help you think about how you’d like to approach the holiday, and focus on a shift to practice. Then we’ll meet by phone or zoom (video) and I’ll buff you up for success!
How about trying the holidays a little differently this year? I’ll be hosting an online group with the aim of practicing mindfulness throughout the winter holiday season.

This program will include an easy workbook with (just a couple!) handouts containing prompts and exercises.
