As a board-certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), I bring together cutting-edge functional nutrition science with practical herbal wisdom, mind-body practices, and yoga therapy. I don’t use cookie-cutter protocols. Instead, I weave together what YOU need—whether that’s metabolic support, nervous system regulation, digestive rebalancing, movement therapy, plant medicine, or a combination of all of the above.
