Plant Initiations are weekend experiential gatherings. NEW! In addition to online, we are IN-PERSON in GB! Held near the solstices & equinox each initiation honors a plant with a meditative shamanic journey.
These gatherings can help you clear your energetic underbrush and reconnect more deeply with nature & your one unique life.

This free workshop (with a handout!) will show you a shamanic practice to communicate with a plant. It is a process that is, as they say, simple but not always easy. It entails showing up for your own internal dialogue, opening your heart, listening, and believing.
Please have a plant nearby that you can work with, and a writing journal or paper & pencil.
